School Fundraiser Program

Collect empty inkjet, laser, and fax cartridges from home, relatives and friends. Collect empty cartridges from your parents' employer. We will service the business directly and pay your school for the empties. No cost to participate! Your only responsibility is to collect the empties. We pay for all shipping costs, cartons, return envelopes, and program flyers. All shipping cartons and return envelopes will be bar coded with your school name. No selling, no inventory, no training, no cost, and no risk!

HOW DOES THE RECEIPT OF PAYMENT WORK ?

All cartridges received in the recycling center are processed as soon as possible. Payment on accounts are scheduled for payment once a $20 minimum has been reached.

THE PROCESS:

Once the collection box is full and ready to ship, simply call UPS @ 1.800.742.5877 or visit the UPS website www.ups.com to locate the nearest drop-off location.

AVAILABLE SUPPLIES:

For Empty Laser Collection: 
Laser collection boxes hold 8-10 empties.

Call the recycling center for free shipping labels.

For Inkjet Collection:
Postage-paid recycling bag envelop for return of individual inkjet cartridges
Postage-paid recycling box hold 10-12 inkjet cartridges.

KEY TO SUCCESS:

• Have a fundraiser kick-off assembly, make posters for bulletin boards, headline in school newsletter.
   
• Get everyone involved at school, home, neighbors, relatives, and parents' workplace.
   
• Designate a specific location where all empties can be stored.
   
• Have someone in charge of monitoring the program and be responsible for full carton shipments.
   
• Reminder of the program throughout the year (quarterly) via school newsletter.
   
• Keep extra program supplies on hand.
   
• Share fundraising success via newsletter and bulletins.
