1. How can I tell if my cartridge is remanufactured?
Most remanufactures place their own label directly on the cartridge. Look for any labels that are not the original equipment manufacturers or OEM.

3. Should I pack the cartridges in their original boxes when I send them?
No. Please do not send your cartridges in their original boxes. Take the cartridge out of its box and pack securely with plenty of newspaper. This makes more room for additional cartridges in the box. The original box should be recyclable at any local cardboard recycler.
Take the cartridges out of their original packaging. Remember to help prevent damage to cartridges during shipping use crumpled newspaper to cushion cartridges in transit. Do not leave any empty space to prevent cartridges from shifting in transit. Ecco cannot pay for damaged cartridges.
60 day will be the normal term unless requested otherwise. When the payment is due your account will be reviewed and at that time if your balance is $25 or more a check will be processed. Any items sent to us that are not on our buyback list will be immediately recycled and cannot be returned. Xerox & Lexmark versions of HP product have no value.
